Earn Rewards

Referral Program

When a business you refer hires us, you earn 10% of the project fee. The terms below explain how it works.

How It Works

Three steps from a referral to your reward.

Spread the Word

Tell friends and neighbors about our services: Website Design, SEO, Videography, Cybersecurity, and Digital Marketing.

Send Us an Email

Email us at info@amitywebsitedesign.com with the subject “Referral”. Tell us who you are referring, how to reach them, and what they need.

Earn Your Reward

If we sign a project with them within six months, you earn 10% of what they pay us for it. We pay you within 14 days after the project ends and they've paid in full.

Program Terms

How to refer. Email info@amitywebsitedesign.com with the subject “Referral”, including the name and contact details of the person or business and what they need. A referral counts from the date we receive that email.
When a reward is earned. Only when we sign a written project agreement with the referred client within six months of your referral email. Whether to take on a project is our decision.
How much. 10% of what the referred client actually pays us for that project, not counting taxes or third-party costs passed through to the client (such as domains, hosting, plugins, or stock images).
When it is paid. Within fourteen days after the project ends and the referred client has paid everything they owe for it. If a project is cancelled, the 10% is based on what the client paid us before it ended.
What is not included. Monthly maintenance, hosting, and retainer fees, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Referring yourself, your own business, or someone who is already a client of ours, or was in the past, does not count.
One referrer per client. If more than one person refers the same client, the first email we receive counts.
Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on your reward. We may ask for the tax information the law requires before paying.
Changes. We may change or end this program at any time. Referrals we received before a change keep the terms that applied when we received them.
