Amity Website Design believes the web should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or disability. As a web design agency, we understand that accessibility is not just a best practice — it is a core part of building a good website.

We are committed to providing an accessible experience on our own website, amitywebsitedesign.com. We strive to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our guiding standard in our ongoing effort to serve all visitors.

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to address them:

• Animated content: Some sections use decorative animations and transitions that may be distracting for some users. We respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting where possible, but coverage may not be complete across all animations.
• Portfolio images: Some portfolio screenshots may have limited descriptive alt text due to the visual nature of the content. We are working to improve descriptions for screen reader users.
• PDF documents: If any downloadable documents are available, they may not be fully accessible. We are committed to providing accessible alternatives on request.
• Third-party embeds: Content embedded from external services (such as scheduling tools or social media) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We choose third-party services with accessibility in mind where feasible.
