Every project follows the same five steps, so you always know where things stand and what comes next.
We start with a free consultation via email, phone, Zoom, or in person. We discuss your goals, target audience, and vision for your website. You'll receive a written proposal and quote that spells out what's included.
We create a sitemap and design mockups that match your brand. You'll review templates or custom layouts, provide feedback, and we revise within the rounds included in your proposal. Additional rounds are billed separately.
We build the site with clean code, make it work on phones and tablets, and follow SEO best practices. You'll get a preview link so you can follow progress and send feedback as we go.
We test the site on different devices, browsers, and screen sizes, and check the forms, navigation, links, and speed. You review and approve the final version before launch.
Your website goes live. We handle the migration and setup, provide all login credentials, and fix launch issues during the post-launch support window included in your package. After that, updates are available through a maintenance plan or billed hourly.
